CAMBER ANGLE TOOL
SPRING LOADED DEVICE TO MEASURE THE CORRECT CAMBER ANGLE WITH WHEELS STRAIGHT AHEAD AND AT FULL LOCK.
ALSO MEASURES THE REAR WHEEL CAMBER
THIS TOOL WILL DETECT A BENT OR WARPED AXLE RADIUS ARM
CAMBER ANGLE MEASURING DEVICE.
This pendulum type tool has 3 zones marked out on the bottom foot. Each zone, or the area in each zone, represents the allowable, or designed, amount of camber angle of a wheel in different positions. The front wheels are checked at the straight ahead [zone1] and full lock positions [zone2]. If the pendulum falls outside any zone, in either or both positions, then the radius arm will be bent. The rear wheel is also measured, and should be within zone 3.
